Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Deanthony Wagner!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Ryoma Takatsuka and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ladeesse is looking to clinch.
As Ladeesse backs off Wagner throws a huge counter combo but Ladeesse manages to avoid it all.
Wagner shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Wagner keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Let's hope that Wagner has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Wagner has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Wagner is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Ladeesse is surviving well by controlling Wagner's body position as best he can.
Wagner tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Wagner with shots to the head and body - Ladeesse looks very uncomfortable down there.

Wagner works his way to his opponent's back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Wagner has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Ladeesse! Can he survive? No! He's out! Wagner gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
