The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reyes misses with a hook to the body
and Chambers counters with a left and a right that stings Reyes. Reyes tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Chambers manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. It looked like Chambers was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Chambers throws a series of punches but Reyes avoids them all with ease. Reyes throws a big counter head kick but Chambers avoids it with no problem. Sloppy strikes from Chambers. Those never looked like landing. Chambers looks to throw the jab but Reyes is out of range. A combination from Chambers does no damage. Reyes is trying hard to land a takedown here.
