The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dodd works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Qullu tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dodd swivels and escapes.
Qullu tries to move into range but Dodd moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Qullu shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dodd sprawls well. Dodd wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Qullu gets slowly back to his feet.
Dodd fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Qullu manages to avoid it.

Dodd lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Wila Qullu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dodd's corner calls for a 1-2. Dodd obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Qullu is defended easily by Dodd.

Dodd feints a jab promting Qullu to slip. Dodd then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Qullu slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dodd, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
