Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jaska Jalovaara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikolay Capriotti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jalovaara comes into the arena with Die for Metal blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Capriotti's choice of entrance music: Immigrant Song - Karen O (feat. Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Nikolay Capriotti!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Capriotti throws a body shot but no joy.
Capriotti takes one on the chin but seems OK.
A lazy body kick from Capriotti
and Jalovaara counters with a crisp one two that drops Capriotti! Jalovaara thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Capriotti to his feet! Capriotti is in big trouble!
Capriotti tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jalovaara was well out of range. Poor timing from Capriotti.
Jalovaara throws a hook but Capriotti avoids it easily.
Capriotti does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Jalovaara thinks about countering with a body kick.
Jalovaara throws a body punch but Capriotti moves out of range.
Nikolay Capriotti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jalovaara scores with the left hand. Capriotti knows he should have avoided that one.
Capriotti fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Jalovaara circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Capriotti drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Jalovaara follows Capriotti to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jaska Jalovaara!
