Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kent Roger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Swano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Kent Roger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan Swano! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Swano falls off balance throwing a combination
and Roger counters with an outside leg kick.
Roger rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Swano moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Swano lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Roger circles away quickly and effectively. Roger throws a front kick that sends Swano stumbling back into the cage. A punch combination from Roger misses. Swano swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Swano missing with a left hand there. Roger was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Roger misses with a combination
and Swano counters with a one-two to the body. Swano has Roger up against the cage in a clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Roger. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Roger escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Swano on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Swano misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Roger.
Roger tries to bum rush Swano with a series of wild strikes but Swano uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Roger misses with a jab, cross combination.
Swano throws a hook to the side of Roger's head but Roger sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Swano takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Dan Swano has been cut. Roger checks a leg kick. Swano misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Swano has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Swano looks to land a combination but Roger avoids it well. Swano throws a right and a left that Roger avoids nicely. Roger throws a right and a left that both miss. Swano misses with a jab to the body
and Roger makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Roger throws a head kick that misses and Swano counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. A head kick misses from Roger. Roger throws a nice looking combination but Swano bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Roger dips to his left and cracks Swano with an uppercut! Roger misses with a head kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Swano thows a leg kick but Roger checks it and Roger counters with a lovely shot to the body. Dan Swano is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Roger throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Swano. Roger throws a sloppy head kick and Swano counters with a lovely straight right hand! Roger slips a straight right by Swano. Roger throws a hook but Swano blocks it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Roger throws a body shot but no joy. Roger keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Swano. Roger throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kent Roger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Swano uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Roger.
Roger closes the distance and clinches up with Swano, looking for a takedown. Roger pushes Swano against the cage but Swano circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Roger tries a head kick but it misses.
Roger dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Swano. That did some damage! Roger keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Swano. Roger slips a jab from Swano. Swano throws a sloppy head kick and Roger moves out of range easily. Roger fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Roger jabs Swano to the body, keeping him at a distance. Swano throws a looping overhand right but Roger ducks down to avoid it. Swano fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Roger manages to avoid it. A head kick from Roger lands but Swano takes it in his stride. Swano throws a hook but Roger blocks it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A jab from Swano misses. Swano looks to throw the jab but Roger is out of range. Swano misses with a head kick.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Roger! Swano is out on his feet! Roger rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Swano is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Swano is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kent Roger! Kent Roger thanked the fans post fight for their support.
