The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Illya Tyunina and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ingram shoots in for a takedown but Churkov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Ingram is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Churkov is aware though and is defending well.
Churkov wants to stand but Ingram has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Ingram doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Churkov is pushing down on Ingram's leg trying to pass to half guard. Ingram is fighting to maintain full guard but Churkov has managed to sneak the leg through.

Ingram wants to control but Churkov is keeping busy.
Churkov wants to advance to full mount but Ingram doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Ingram keeping moving, preventing Churkov from controlling successfully.
Churkov is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Churkov has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Ingram is proving hard to escape from.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

and Ingram counters by moving into the clinch.
Churkov has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Ingram clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Churkov is looking for the choke from the back position but Ingram is controlling his hands well.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Churkov keeps control of the position easily here as Ingram tries to buck him off.

Ingram is trying to defend against the choke here but Churkov has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Churkov Tightens the hold and Ingram taps out furiously! Churkov displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
