Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sebastiaan Rutten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikey Duffy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duffy throws a shot from downtown. Rutten moves away and avoids it.
Rutten was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Duffy shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Rutten manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Duffy postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rutten wants to hit a switch here but Duffy passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Rutten there!

A big strike lands for Duffy! That's really hurt Rutten and he's turned his back - Duffy keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Duffy jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

Mikey Duffy decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
