Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Peter Stumpp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronin Mori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stumpp's entrance music is Macabre - Werewolf Of Bedburg. A fine choice. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Peter Stumpp!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ronin Mori!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mori takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Mori scores with a shot to the body.
Stumpp shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Mori misses with a looping right.
Stumpp pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Stumpp has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Mori misses with a hook. Stumpp ducked under it nicely.
Mori moves out of range as Stumpp throws a body kick.
Stumpp lands a leg kick that knocks Mori off balance momentarily.
Stumpp walks into a jab.
Stumpp waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Mori.
Stumpp scores with a head kick. Mori tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Mori swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A solid body kick from Mori.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stumpp avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Mori misses with a looping left.
Good leg kick by Mori there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Stumpp shoots in looking for a takedown but Mori manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Stumpp's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
A slapping body kick lands there for Mori.
Stumpp swings away with a body shot that misses
and Mori counters with an outside leg kick.
Stumpp is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Stumpp motions for Mori to come forward. Stumpp throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Stumpp throws a push kick but Mori slaps the foot to one side.
A cross from Mori lands.
Stumpp tries to land a leg kick but Mori saw it coming and moves away.
Mori takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Mori is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Mori throws a body punch but Stumpp moves out of range.
Mori lands with a cross.
Mori works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Stumpp takes a kick to the side of the head.
Mori throws a hook to the side of Stumpp's head but Stumpp sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Mori throws out a loose jab but Stumpp uses good head movement to avoid it.
Stumpp keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Mori throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Mori moves out of range of the body kick.
Stumpp walks into a left hand.
Mori misses with a wild body shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A lazy left from Mori finds it's target.
Mori throws a head kick that misses.
Stumpp misses with a kick to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Stumpp throws a big shot that misses.
Stumpp blocks the body kick.
Mori lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Mori has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Mori tries to work over Stumpp's front leg with a kick but Stumpp checks it.
Mori misses with a right hand

and Stumpp counters with a shoot takedown. Mori fights it but they end up in guard.
Stumpp trying to control but Mori is working from the bottom.
Stumpp looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Stumpp looking to sit in guard and control but Mori gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.


That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stumpp tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Stumpp throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Mori works over Stumpp with some ground and pound from guard.
Stumpp looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mori is one step ahead there.

Mori stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Stumpp throws up his legs and catches Mori in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Mori tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Stumpp! That came out of nowhere!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Peter Stumpp!
Peter Stumpp took to the microphone after his victory and thanked his sponsors, Alpha Male for their support in the buildup to the fight.
The defeated Ronin Mori had this to say: 'Youre a very good manager Scoob and i know that Castor dont mind losing to you. Have a nice evening Mr Cable Guy ... Cheers'.
