Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kev Bel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Crow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kev Bel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sam Crow! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crow lands a nice shot that snaps Bel's head back.

Bel works Crow's body with a nice hook. Bel throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Crow lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Bel backs up against the cage.
Bel takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Crow has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bel. Bel is looking to slow Crow down with leg kicks. Bel looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bel lands a nice hook to Crow's body. Crow takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Crow throws a series of punches but Bel moves out of range. Both fighters circling a little - Bel finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Crow fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. A solid leg kick lands there for Bel.
Kev Bel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A jab-cross combination lands for Crow and sends Bel crashing to the mat! Crow follows him down to the mat - Bel regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Bel is rocked! Crow throws a strike but Bel avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Oh Bel is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Crow won't allow Bel to get back to his feet. Bel seems to have got his legs back now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crow stands and steps away. Bel gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Bel throws a body kick despite being completely out of range letting Crow counter with a right hand. An inside leg kick lands from Bel. Crow lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Bel sprawling to the canvas. Crow follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Bel hang on? This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Crow looks to land a strike but Bel avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Crow throws a strike but Bel rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Bel throwing strikes from guard but Crow blocks nicely. Crow really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bel trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Crow wants to stand but Bel is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crow avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Bel in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bel missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. We've been informed that Crow has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Bel misses with a wild body shot. Bel is looking to land body kicks. Bel lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Crow on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Crow throws a one two combo.
Bel tries to land a front kick but Crow steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Crow appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Crow chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Bel can pounce on him.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bel feints and then cracks Crow's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Crow down. A kick lands to the mid section there for Bel. Bel throws a body shot but no joy. Bel swings for the body but Crow moves out of range.
Crow is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Crow throws a left that rocks Bel and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Crow dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Bel regain composure!
Bel is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Crow asserts his dominance and retains side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Crow stands up and we're back to a striking position. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bel misses with a hook to the body
and Crow connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Bel throws a wild body kick that Crow sees coming a mile off. A left and a right from Crow both land. Nice combination. Bel is looking to wear down Crow with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Bel fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Crow is out of range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sam Crow dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Bel throws a lazy body kick and Crow counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Crow misses with a few strikes there.
Crow avoids a low kick by using good footwork. A little jabbing left from Crow on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Bel bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Bel is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Crow. Bel thuds his shin into the meat of Crow's side. Bel lands a front kick. Crow scores with a one two! Bel had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. This has been an exciting period of action! Crow throws a right and a left that Bel avoids nicely. Bel misses with a shot to the body and Crow counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Bel down! Crow is looking to finish but Bel is intelligently defending himself. Crow throwing strikes but missing. Crow won't allow Bel to get back to his feet. Crow throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bel works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crow stands up from Bel's guard - Crow perhaps looking for a knockout. Bel misses with a body kick. Crow is looking for the big counter here. Bel wants to land a leg kick but Crow is out of range. Crow's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Crow avoids a kick to the body.
A low kick from Bel is predictable there and Crow counters with a straight right hand. Crow drops Bel with a left right combo! Crow follows him down to the ground into side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Crow sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Bel is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Bel is trapped and Crow is scoring with shots to the head and body. Bel has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Even with his hooks in, Crow manages to miss with strikes from the back. Crow is controlling the position but Bel somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Crow not landing any meaningful shots this time. Crow decides to stand up. Crow moves out of range of the strikes. Crow is looking for the big counter here. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Bel.
Crow tries to bum rush Bel with a series of wild strikes but Bel uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Bel lands a nice shot to the body.
Crow goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Bel throws a leg kick that is checked and Crow cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Bel looks to land a body kick but Crow moved away. It seemed like Crow was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Bel lands a leg kick that knocks Crow off balance momentarily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sam Crow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
