Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dr Dre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ruud Gullit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dr Dre! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ruud Gullit! The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Josh West and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dre tries for a takedown but Gullit sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Gullit changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Gullit swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
The fighters circling - Gullit throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Dre misses with a takedown and Gullit counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Gullit escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Gullit looks to land a combination but Dre avoids it well. Dre shoots for a double leg takedown but Gullit sprawls well. He's pushed Dre's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dr Dre. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gullit throws a series of punches but Dre moves out of range. Dre gets a double leg takedown into Gullit's guard. Dre is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Dre tries to free his leg and advance position but Gullit is retaining full guard. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Gullit looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Dre in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Gullit managing to control the position. Gullit is trying to keep Dre in close.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dre pushes down on Gullit's leg and manages to get into half guard. Dre is thwarting Gullit's attempts to control the position. Dre has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Dre is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Dre seems to be looking for submissions.
Gullit wants to get back to his feet.
Dre is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Dre thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gullit's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Dre thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gullit's head. Gullit trying to control from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dre wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gullit keeps working. Gullit gets full guard. Gullit controls Dre momentarily but Dre frees himself. Gullit is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Our spies down at at Blitzkrieg Fighting Systems: Ground inform us that Gullit has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? Gullit manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dre manages to get himself to full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Gullit won't allow Dre to sweep him here. Gullit wanted to stand there but Dre had control of the position. Gullit sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Dre's guard. Dre is looking to improve his position.
It looks like Gullit is going to stand back up.
Gullit wants to work for an arm triangle but Dre is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dre is not content to let Gullit control the position. Gullit frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Dre wants to hold on but Gullit pushes him away. Gullit tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment. Gullit is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ruud Gullit dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Dre fails with the takedown. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Dre is defended easily by Gullit. Despite the aggression on Gullit's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Dre tries for a takedown but Gullit circles away easily and Gullit counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dr Dre. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gullit lands a left and a right that send Dre crashing to the mat, dazed. Gullit thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! No luck with that takedown attempt from Dre. Gullit throws a right hand that Dre ducks under and follows up with a left that Dre also avoids with ease. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Gullit connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Dre's hands. Dre throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gullit's waist but Gullit gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dre off to one side. Gullit will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dre looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Dre shoots and misses and Gullit counters with a lovely straight right hand! Gullit throws an overhand right that drops Dre like a sack of potatoes! Gullit dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ruud Gullit! Ruud Gullit very nearly forgot to thank Kemists ↑ 5x160Q amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name.
