Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Asa Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Fluksa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Asa Snow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tom Fluksa! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Ben Hemmingworth and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fluksa pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Fluksa has a takedown stuffed. Tom Fluksa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Snow moves into the clinch. Snow tries to pull guard but Fluksa forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Fluksa jumps guard.
Snow is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Snow has gone for a leg lock! Fluksa slips out almost immediately though and dives into Snow's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Snow throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fluksa throwing strikes from guard but Snow blocks nicely. Fluksa trying to control the position from guard on top but Snow is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fluksa controlling from the top position. Snow trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Fluksa wants to stand but Snow has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Fluksa advances position into side control!
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Snow sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Well, if Fluksa is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Fluksa is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Fluksa wants to lay and pray for a moment but Snow keeps working. Snow really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Snow wants to get back to full guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Fluksa is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fluksa shoots in for a takedown but Snow shows good takedown defense. Fluksa shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Snow sprawls well. Snow wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fluksa gets slowly back to his feet. Asa Snow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tom Fluksa. Fluksa drives through with a takedown into guard. Snow will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Snow can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Fluksa controls the pace. Snow had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Fluksa defends it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Snow tries to land a sweep but no joy. Fluksa slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Fluksa drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Snow dives on top into guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Snow controls from within his opponent's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tom Fluksa dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Fluksa gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Snow counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Snow wants to clinch and Fluksa counters with an outside leg kick.
Snow closes the distance looking to clinch and Fluksa counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. No luck for Fluksa with that takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fluksa uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Snow. Fluksa pushes Snow up against the cage in a clinch. Fluksa tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Asa Snow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tom Fluksa.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Fluksa is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Fluksa connects with a nasty looking knee right to Snow's face.
It looks like Asa Snow has been cut. Snow doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Snow manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Fluksa throws a big right hand that misses. Fluksa stands and throws Snow's legs to the side, diving into side control. Snow is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Fluksa trying to control the position but Snow is working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fluksa decides to stand back up. Fluksa wants to clinch up but Snow keeps it at a distance. Snow tries to clinch up but Fluksa circles away and keeps his distance. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Fluksa is defended easily by Snow. Snow cracks Fluksa with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Snow closes the distance and clinches. Snow is trying to pull guard but Fluksa has him pressed against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fluksa keeps control of Snow as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Fluksa jumps guard but Snow turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Fluksa breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Fluksa tries for a takedown but Snow sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Snow tries to clinch but Fluksa is having none of it. Snow keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Fluksa should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Fluksa is breathing heavily. Fluksa tries to close the distance and clinch but Snow swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Fluksa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Snow as he jumps to the side. Snow will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fluksa fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Snow, pushing him back against the cage. Fluksa wants a takedown but no success here.
Snow is trying to force a seperation but Fluksa has the dominant position. Fluksa blocks a body shot from Snow. Snow gets control of Fluksa's arms and successfully pulls guard. Snow will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fluksa trying to control the position from guard on top but Snow is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Snow throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Fluksa escapes and throws Snow's legs to the side, diving into side control! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Fluksa tries to score with some ground and pound. Snow controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Tom Fluksa will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Asa Snow's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Fluksa fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Snow throws a looping overhand right but Fluksa ducks down to avoid it. Nice sprawl there from Snow as Fluksa shoots in. Snow throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Fluksa on the side of the head. Tom Fluksa is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Fluksa gets a clinch. Fluksa prevents a body shot from Snow. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Snow prevents a takedown attempt there.
Asa Snow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tom Fluksa. Fluksa holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Snow is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow stops a takedown attempt from Fluksa.
Fluksa has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Snow uses from the top position. Fluksa takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Snow wants to control from the top but Fluksa keeps moving. Snow missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Fluksa wants to sweep here but Snow controlling him for the moment. Snow will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fluksa is on top in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fluksa showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Snow is striking off his back. Fluksa thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard. Snow connecting with a few gentle strikes. Fluksa tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Snow actively working from the bottom here. Snow missing with punches from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snow wants to improve his position but Fluksa is controlling well.
Snow moves into full guard.

Fluksa stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Snow swivels though and keeps the full guard. Snow looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Fluksa passes into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Snow makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Snow. Snow looking for a sweep. Not yet Snow, not yet. Snow preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fluksa darts in looking for a takedown but Snow gets double underhooks and turns Fluksa into the cage. Snow jumps guard and drags Fluksa to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Asa Snow has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tom Fluksa is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Fluksa controls from within his opponent's guard.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Tom Fluksa. I've got Fluksa winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
