Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lucien Park (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jimmy Williams has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Lucien Park! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jimmy Williams! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Ryoma Takatsuka and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Williams. Williams wants to land a leg kick but Park is out of range. Williams throws a leg kick but Park sees it coming and checks it nicely. Williams throws a poor cross that misses
and Park counters with a left and a right that stings Williams. Williams throws a body kick that misses. Park gets in close and instigates a clinch. Park wants to get back to striking at distance but Williams won't allow it.
Park could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Williams blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Williams turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Park is trying to get back to his feet. Williams stands up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Park's guard. Williams with a flurry of punches that miss. Williams throwing strikes but missing. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Williams accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Williams throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Williams is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Park knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Williams on the ground. Williams trying to control but Park is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Park pulls Williams in to control the position.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Park blocks a head kick by Williams.
Williams looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Williams trying to control but Park is working from the bottom. Williams not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Park manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Williams has Park in his guard. Williams is pulling down on Park's head. It's preventing any offense from Park, at least for the moment. Williams looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Park puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Park not doing much here.
Williams is trying to stand up here but Park is controlling him well. Park thows a huge punch but Williams dodges it nicely.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Williams wants to control but Park is keeping busy and won't allow it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Park fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Williams avoids it really well and circles away. Williams has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Park wants to clinch up but Williams keeps it at a distance. Williams looks to land a right hand but Park moved out of range. Williams throws a sloppy head kick and Park moves out of range easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Williams gets the takedown into side control. An elbow from Williams crashes against the mat.

That's one minute gone in the round. Williams is trying to get an arm triangle but Park is defending well. Williams tries for a kimura but Park is defending well. Williams wants to lay and pray for a moment but Park keeps working. Park might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Williams tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Williams has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Williams is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Park is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Park dodges the ground and pound from Williams. Williams working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Williams swings around for an armbar but Park sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Williams's guard. Park throwing strikes but missing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams keeping moving, preventing Park from controlling successfully. Williams trying to keep a closed guard but Park is proving a slippery customer.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Williams holds on and takes a little breather. Williams is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Williams looking to control.
Park has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Williams wants to control but Park passes easily into half guard.
Jimmy Williams has got the better of the ground game so far. Williams tries to get to full guard but Park has control of the leg. Park is trying to control the action in half guard but Williams is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Park misses with a head shot. Williams uses the momentum to regain guard. Williams working for a triangle but Park defends it easily.

Jimmy Williams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Williams is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Park to keep the fight standing. Lucien Park has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jimmy Williams. Williams breaks the clinch.

He's got his arms around Williams's waist but Williams gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Park off to one side. Williams takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Williams misses with a double jab.
Williams throws a lazy head kick and Park counters with a two punch combo. Williams shoots in for a takedown but Park shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Park fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jimmy Williams seems to be getting the better of the standup. Williams shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Park but Park pushes him off and we're back to square one. Park wants to clinch up but Williams keeps it at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Park closes the distance and clinches up with Williams, looking for a takedown. Park pushes Williams against the cage but Williams circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Williams just misses with a punch to the body.

Park is trying to push Williams away but Williams has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Park manages to pull guard.

Williams trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Williams trying to control the position from guard on top but Park is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Williams won't allow Park to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Williams with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Williams looking to sit in guard and control but Park gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Williams looking to hit a scissor sweep but Park is one step ahead there. Williams wants to hit a switch here but Park passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Williams there!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Williams wants to hold on but Park pushes him away. Park wants to control the pace but Williams is squirming around nicely. Williams regains half guard. Williams wants to get back to full guard. Lucien Park has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jimmy Williams is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Park is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
And that's the end of the fight! Lucien Park showed his dominance in that final round. I think Williams has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
