Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Francesco Albertini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Marshall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Marshall's choice of entrance music: Danny Boy. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Francesco Albertini! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Lee Marshall! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Richard Clark and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Marshall with that takedown attempt. Albertini fails with an attempt to clinch.
Marshall stuns Albertini with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Marshall closes the distance and clinches up with Albertini, looking for a takedown. Marshall pushes Albertini against the ropes but Albertini circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Albertini wants to clinch up but Marshall keeps it at a distance. Albertini darts in and clinches Marshall up against the ropes. Marshall blocks an elbow strike from Albertini.
Marshall is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Albertini tries to stall but Marshall uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Marshall has clasped his hands together around Albertini's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. You can see the frustration on Albertini's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Marshall tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Albertini is trying to buck Marshall off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marshall throwing shots but missing, from side control. Albertini tries to buck Marshall off but Marshall is having none of it. Albertini is trying to escape and get back to his feet. You can see the frustration on Albertini's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Marshall tries to advance to mount but Albertini denies him.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Albertini lands with an overhand left. Marshall shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Francesco Albertini has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lee Marshall.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Albertini misses with a double jab.
Albertini misses with a straight left. Marshall circles away from the clinch attempt.
Albertini tries to clinch up. Albertini tries to clinch up. Albertini wants to clinch up but Marshall keeps it at a distance. Marshall shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Albertini but Albertini pushes him off and we're back to square one. Marshall looks gassed! Marshall throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Albertini's waist but Albertini gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Marshall off to one side. Albertini scores with a sloppy right hand. Marshall should have avoided that one. Marshall shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Albertini but Albertini pushes him off and we're back to square one. Marshall circles away from the clinch attempt.
Francesco Albertini is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Albertini works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. A left and a right from Albertini both land. Nice combination. Marshall takes a shot right to the bread basket. Albertini misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Marshall moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Albertini moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Marshall with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Albertini to score with a decent uppercut. Albertini is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Albertini tries to clinch but Marshall is having none of it. Albertini scores with a hook.
Marshall is rocked! Albertini throws a pinpoint strike between Marshall's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Marshall crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Albertini scores a great knockout victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Francesco Albertini!
