Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Durham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Wobinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joe Durham is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joe Durham! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jake Wobinson! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, David Schapiro and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Wobinson with that takedown attempt. Durham drops down looking for a counter takedown but Wobinson sprawls and moves away. Durham misses with a looping left. Wobinson looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. A left lands for Wobinson. Wobinson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Durham defends it nicely. Durham changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Durham stuffs the takedown. Durham appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Joe Durham has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake Wobinson.
That's one minute gone in the round. Durham waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Wobinson. Wobinson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Durham tries to avoid it but Wobinson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Durham to the ground. Durham escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Wobinson tries for a takedown but Durham sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Durham tries to counter with a takedown but Wobinson is quick to defend against it. Jake Wobinson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Durham closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Durham working away. Wobinson defending against the ground and pound. Wobinson taking a bit of punishment here - Durham scoring with strikes. Wobinson tries to improve position but can't. Durham in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wobinson is trying to control Durham's posture but Durham avoids it. Wobinson is looking to reverse the position. Wobinson prevents Durham from moving into mount. Wobinson wants to control but Durham postures up. Wobinson stops Durham from passing to mount. Durham wants to control but Wobinson is keeping him busy. Wobinson takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Wobinson can't do much from the bottom here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wobinson is trying to improve his position. Durham cracks Wobinson with an elbow. That is naaassty. Durham working the body and head with strikes. Durham postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
You can see the frustration on Wobinson's face as Durham controls the position. Wobinson on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Durham has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Wobinson is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Durham yanks on the arm and Wobinson is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Durham.
