Nanahara's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, God Particle. Pigeon has chosen Hank Williams Jr. - Country Boy Can Survive as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Shuya Nanahara could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Harry Pigeon's chin.

It looks like Harry Pigeon has been cut.
Pigeon displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Nanahara throws out the jab.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Pigeon has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Pigeon bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Nanahara's head backwards.

Pigeon throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Pigeon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Nanahara.

That was a close round but I would say that Shuya Nanahara will probably get the nod.
