The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie takes a swing at Spencer's ribcage but misses.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Spencer drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Gracie manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Spencer has Gracie in his guard.

Spencer manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Spencer gets caught flat footed, as Gracie shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Spencer has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Spencer not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Spencer has his feet on Gracie's thighs here. He's pushed Gracie off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Gracie screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
