Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Skyler Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maksim Zotov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nelson's entrance music is One. A fine choice. Zotov comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Мы расправи kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zotov swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Nelson drops down looking for a counter takedown but Zotov sprawls and moves away.

and Nelson counters with a shoot takedown. Zotov fights it but they end up in guard.
Nelson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Zotov is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nelson sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Zotov's guard.

Nelson drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Nelson as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Zotov screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Nelson! Nice submission victory there!
