The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jack shoots in and drives through. Askren sprawls well.
Askren tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Jack manages to circle out of the way.
Jack misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Askren.
Askren is looking to clinch but Jack is avoiding it.
Askren darts in and clinches Jack up against the cage.
Askren lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
It looks like Jordan Jack has been cut.
Askren gets underhooks to prevent Jack's takedown attempt.
Askren throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
