Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Daddy L (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wes Strob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). L comes to the cage accompanied by destroyer-Static X. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Big Daddy L! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wes Strob! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! L gets caught flat footed, as Strob shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. L not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Strob wants to control from the top but L keeps moving. Strob is standing up over L. L looks to escape but Strob dives into side control.
L can't do much from the bottom here. L tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Strob wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Strob controls the position. Strob is chipping away with strikes.
L manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! L working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Strob's thigh. Strob counters though and makes it back to full guard. Strob should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Strob preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. L working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Strob has control of L's left arm, preventing L from doing any damage. Strob keeping moving, preventing L from controlling successfully. L wants to stand but Strob is controlling his posture from full guard. L has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Strob is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Strob keeping moving, preventing L from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. L has his takedown stuffed and Strob counters with a nice double leg into guard. Strob gets to his feet - L follows without any prompting. L is breathing heavily. Strob with a lazy takedown attempt and L counters into the clinch. Nicely done. L stops a takedown attempt from Strob.
L escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
L shoots in but doesn't get the takedown so Strob counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. L is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Strob working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. L trying to control the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Strob is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. L can't keep his opponent in guard - Strob advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Strob decides to return to a standing position. Strob shoots in but no luck this time. Big Daddy L has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wes Strob. L moves away from the strike by Strob. Strob drops his hands momentarily and L takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Strob scores a takedown into full mount! Strob has control of L's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and L regains control of the situation pretty easily.
L is looking to improve his position but Strob isn't that keen on the idea. Strob controlling from mount. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. L wants to hold on but Strob pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wes Strob dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Strob tries for a takedown but L circles away easily and L counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Strob! L landing shots from mount. L working the ground and pound effectively.
Strob is in a horrible position here. L smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Strob is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Strob takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. L swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Strob is now in L's guard. A big mistake from L there, giving up the dominant position! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Strob works over L with some ground and pound from guard. Wes Strob has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Strob stays in close to L's body and controls the position. Strob sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed L's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Strob is taking a breather. L says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Strob is trying to work for a kimura but L is defending well.
L is trying to control but can't.
L is trying to stand up here but Strob is controlling him well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. L is staying active underneath Strob, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Strob passes into side control, despite L's attempt to control the position.
Strob looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. L tries to improve position but can't.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. L with a poor takedown and Strob counters with a single leg into guard. L didn't expect that. L looking to sweep here. No luck so far. L wants to stand but Strob is controlling the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. L is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. L striking off his back but it's not causing Strob any problems. Strob wants to control from the top but L keeps moving. Strob wants to get up but he can't break L's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. L is looking for a triangle but Strob pushes his legs off easily.
L wants to sweep but no luck.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Strob misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. L wants to clinch but Strob slips to the side and Strob counters with a takedown into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. L misses with an elbow from the bottom. Strob is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. L knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. A lull in the action here as Strob stalls from top position. L manages to get back to half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. L looks like he's trying to stand up.
L tries to roll over but Strob keeps him under control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wes Strob showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Strob clinches up with L and pushes him back against the cage. L works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Strob tries for a takedown. No joy.
L breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Strob gets the takedown into side control. L is trying to improve his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Strob postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
L being controlled for a moment. Strob working away. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. L tries to bench press Strob off him but Strob keeps the position. Strob wants to lay and pray for a moment but L keeps working. Strob scoring with punches from side control.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Strob moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. L scores with a hook to the body. Strob takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. L has managed to clinch.
A nice left hand lands by L.
L prevents a takedown attempt there.
Strob pulls guard successfully.
L trying to move into half guard but instead Strob has managed to sweep!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Strob wants to control from the top but L keeps moving. L striking off his back but it's not causing Strob any problems. L is looking to stand up but Strob isn't so interested in that idea. Strob controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Strob stopping the sweep attempt from L. Strob has gone for a leg lock! L slips out almost immediately though and dives into Strob's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Strob is on top in guard.
L controls Strob momentarily but Strob frees himself. Strob prevents L from getting back to his feet. L will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Strob wants to pass the guard but L is keeping the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Strob stops L from standing up. L is trying to keep Strob in close.
Strob won't allow L to get back to his feet.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. L tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. L doesn't manage to clinch there - Strob circles away.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Strob feints and as L raises his hands in defense, Strob changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Strob pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. L is keeping the position for now. Big Daddy L has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wes Strob is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Strob is stalling in the full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Wes Strob comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Strob winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
