The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grimes tries for a takedown but Carlos sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Carlos fails in his attempt to clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Carlos pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Carlos lands a leg kick that knocks Grimes off balance momentarily.
Carlos should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Carlos lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Carlos throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Grimes.
Grimes shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Carlos is trying to defend but Grimes finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
