Bishop gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Bammerthwaite unloading with bombs! Bammerthwaite thowing shots but they're missing. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bishop tries to get out of the position. Bammerthwaite looking to control and managing it successfully. Bammerthwaite has control of Bishop's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Bishop regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bishop defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Bammerthwaite. Bammerthwaite throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Poor strikes thrown by Bammerthwaite there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Bishop has left one of his arms exposed and Bammerthwaite doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Bishop screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
