Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Parko Milcic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Turpa Sauna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Turpa Sauna is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Milcic throws a head kick that misses.
Milcic avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Sauna throws a big shot that misses.
Sauna scores with a hook to the body. Milcic takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Sauna has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Milcic is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Sauna fails to land with a series of punches.
Turpa Sauna seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sauna connects with a body shot.
Sauna is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Milcic.
Milcic avoids the body shot from Sauna.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Milcic lands a head kick. Sauna smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Milcic avoids a punch combination nicely.
Milcic tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sauna swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Milcic throws a nice inside leg kick.

Sauna misses with a looping left.
Sauna throws a looping overhand right but Milcic ducks down to avoid it.
Milcic uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sauna.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Milcic.
Sauna connects with a good right hand that stumbles Milcic. Milcic circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Milcic darts in and clinches Sauna up against the ropes.
Milcic is looking to break free of the clinch but Sauna has double underhooks.

Milcic tries to circle away but Sauna has him pinned against the ropes.
Milcic trying to stall but Sauna improves his position.
A frustrated look appears on Sauna's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Milcic wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Sauna has him pressed against the ropes.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Milcic seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Sauna is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment.
Sauna trying to control the position but instead, Milcic has worked for underhooks and has pushed Sauna into the ropes.
The referee is keeping an eye on Sauna - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Milcic can't break the clinch.

Milcic breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A left and a right from Milcic both land. Nice combination.
Sauna tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Milcic paws at him with a jab and circles away.
The fighters circling - Sauna throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Sauna throws a series of punches but Milcic moves out of range.
Sauna fails with an attempt to clinch.

Milcic closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sauna lands a hook that snaps the head of Milcic backwards.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Turpa Sauna dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.

Sauna fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Milcic manages to avoid it.
Parko Milcic is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Milcic throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Sauna tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Milcic tries to counter by clinching up but Sauna breaks away and moves out of range.
Sauna takes a swing at Milcic's ribcage but misses.
As Sauna tries to get set, Milcic tries to push him back and clinch up but Sauna manages to avoid the attempt.

and before Sauna can reset, Milcic rushes him with a swarm of punches, sending him crashing to the floor, in all sorts of trouble! Sauna is trying to beat the count but we're up to 6 already and he's nowhere near. 7,8... he's up! He's going to continue!

Milcic steps in and throws a big head kick that drops Sauna to the mat! Sauna looks in trouble, can he beat the count? Milcic is bouncing in a neutral corner joining in with the referee '4,5,6' they both chant. 7,8,9... he's not going to make it! 10! He's out! Milcic jumps onto the ropes and takes in the acclaim from the crowd!
