Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Roman Kvasov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurokawa Kenji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kvasov comes into the arena with Diskoteka avaria-Nebo blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
25 - 31 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Roman Kvasov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
41 - 22 - 0, fighting out of London, Kurokawa Kenji! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kvasov goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Kurokawa Kenji has been cut. A cross from Kvasov lands. Kvasov waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Kenji. Kenji is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Kvasov chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kenji can pounce on him.

Kvasov swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. A head kick misses from Kvasov. Kenji dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Kenji misses with an uppercut. Kenji takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Kvasov stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Kvasov digs a good body shot into Kenji's ribs. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kenji misses with a low kick.

Kenji loads up on a big right hand but Kvasov slips the punch. A head kick from Kenji lands but Kvasov takes it in his stride. We've been told by Kvasov's head coaches at Team Finland that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. A head kick by Kenji misses and Kvasov counters with a good low kick that Kenji was not able to check. Kenji blocks a jab. Kenji jabbing away but nothing is landing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kvasov works Kenji's body with a nice hook. A jab lands there for Kvasov.
That has opened up Kurokawa Kenji's cut even more. Kurokawa Kenji seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kvasov fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Kenji jabbing away but nothing is landing. Kvasov works the jab nicely. Kvasov throws the left hand but Kenji avoids the punch easily. A head kick misses from Kvasov. Kenji looks to throw the jab but Kvasov is out of range. Kvasov appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Kenji lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Kvasov keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kenji. Kenji misses with a body shot.

Kenji throws a sloppy head kick and Kvasov moves out of range easily. Kenji scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kenji pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Kvasov jabs Kenji right on the nose. Kenji blinks but takes it well. Kvasov scores with a body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kenji throws a head kick that misses. Kenji misses with a body shot.
Kenji uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kvasov. Kvasov throws a head kick that misses. Kvasov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kenji looks to land a right hand but Kvasov moved out of range. Kenji blocks a head kick by Kvasov.
Kvasov misses with an uppercut. Nice straight punches there by Kenji. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Kenji. Kenji avoids the head kick by Kvasov.
Kenji works the jab nicely. Kenji looks to throw the jab but Kvasov is out of range. Kenji cracks the inside of Kvasov's front leg. Kvasov scores with a head kick. Kenji tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
The cut above Kurokawa Kenji's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Kvasov pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Kenji ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A jab from Kenji misses. Kvasov displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kenji throws out the jab. Kvasov tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Kenji manages to circle out of the way. Kvasov looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Kvasov lands a head kick!
Kurokawa Kenji's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Kvasov misses with a head kick.

It seemed like Kenji was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Kenji thumps Kvasov with a low kick. Kenji lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Kenji misses with a body kick. Kenji feints and then cracks Kvasov's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kvasov down. Kenji scores with a leg kick.
Kenji thows a left - swing and a miss! Kvasov tries a head kick but it misses.

Kenji scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Kvasov has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kvasov there as he acknowledges the shot.
It looks like Roman Kvasov has been cut. Kvasov on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Kvasov is rocked! Kvasov throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Kenji swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Oh Kvasov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! and Kenji counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Kvasov! He's just covering up as Kenji starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kurokawa Kenji! A very excited looking Kurokawa Kenji made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
