Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Thomas Teller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackson Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teller comes into the arena with Sail blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramos closes the distance and clinches up with Teller, looking for a takedown. Ramos pushes Teller against the cage but Teller circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Teller throwing a counter right hand but Ramos manages to avoid it.
Teller connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Ramos takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Ramos fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Ramos fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Teller avoids it really well and circles away.
John Thomas Teller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jackson Ramos.
Ramos tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Teller swivels and escapes.
Teller shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Ramos eats them both and turns towards Teller to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Ramos moves to clinch but Teller breaks away
and Ramos takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Teller swings for the body but Ramos moves out of range.
Ramos tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Teller swivels and escapes.
Ramos shoots in looking for a takedown but Teller manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ramos's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Teller misses with a body shot.
Ramos tries to score a power double leg takedown but Teller sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ramos somewhat.
Ramos closes this distance looking for a takedown but Teller circles away.
Teller throws out a powerful jab.
Teller lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Ramos is trying hard to land a takedown here. Teller sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Teller misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Ramos with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Teller to score with a decent uppercut.

and Teller counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ramos thinking.
Ramos with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Teller to score with a decent uppercut.
Teller scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Ramos doesn't seem bothered though.

Ramos needs to keep his hands up - Teller had a free shot at his head there.
Ramos darts in looking for a takedown but Teller gets double underhooks and turns Ramos into the cage.

Ramos takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Ramos.

Ramos dives in and grabs Teller's left leg, looking for a takedown. Teller pushes down on Ramos's head and hops out.
Teller is looking to wear down Ramos with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Teller is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Teller lands a really nice looking cross but Ramos seems unphased.

Teller connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Teller stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Teller wants it to stay on the feet.
Ramos takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Teller wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Teller lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Teller lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Ramos backwards.

Teller is looking for a sweep. Ramos is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Teller throws a body punch but Ramos moves out of range.
Ramos drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Teller defends it well.
The crowd cheers as Teller lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ramos doesn't seem phased though.

Ramos takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Ramos takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Ramos is still on wobbly legs! Can Teller finish him?
Teller changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Ramos seems to have recovered his senses.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Teller ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Teller throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ramos stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Ramos shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Teller defends it nicely.

Teller tries to bum rush Ramos with a series of wild strikes but Ramos uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Ramos works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Teller is pushing Ramos's head away, looking to escape. Ramos manages to hold on to the position though.
Teller tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ramos wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Ramos is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Teller is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Ramos tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Teller bucks up and tries to throw Ramos off but instead Ramos has got his back!
Teller looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ramos struggling to land strikes to the head as Teller covers up.
Ramos working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Teller is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Ramos has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Teller taps out!
