The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Oliveira leaves Grimes with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Grimes is trying hard to land a takedown here. Oliveira sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Grimes has Oliveira pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Grimes pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Oliveira tumbling to the mat - Grimes dives into Oliveira 's guard.
Oliveira might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Grimes slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
