Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nautica Thorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Beck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beck has chosen Seek n Destroy as his entrance music. John Beck will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Ackerman and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beck misses with a wild combination.
Thorn gets a takedown into half guard.
Beck tries to kick Thorn off but Thorn keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Beck has one foot on Thorn's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Beck misses with a few strikes there.
Thorn clinches with his opponent.
Thorn stalling.
Thorn tries to pull guard but Beck holds him up against the cage and eventually Thorn drops back down to his feet.
Thorn tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Beck tries to circle away but Thorn has him pinned against the cage.

Thorn is trying to push Beck away but Beck has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Thorn misses with a knee to the head.
Beck wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Beck pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Beck has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Thorn is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Beck throws out a loose jab but Thorn uses good head movement to avoid it.
Thorn clinches up against the cage.
Thorn misses with an elbow strike.
Thorn breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Beck lands a glancing blow to the side of Thorn's head.
It looks like Nautica Thorn has been cut.
John Beck is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Beck misses with an uppercut.
Beck lands with a straight right. Thorn didn't see that one coming.
Beck throws a right and a left that both miss.
Thorn throws a quick counter kick to the body but Beck avoids it.
Thorn looks for the body kick but Beck saw that one coming.
Beck misses with a body shot.
Thorn takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Thorn rushes Beck and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Thorn throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Beck blocks it with crossed arms.
Thorn tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Thorn landing knees to the head.
It looks like John Beck has been cut.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Thorn breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Beck blocks a head kick by Thorn.
Beck fails to land with a series of punches.
Beck throws out a loose jab but Thorn uses good head movement to avoid it.
Thorn tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Thorn tries to clinch up
and Beck counters with a straight right hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Thorn has Beck up against the cage in a clinch.
Thorn looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Thorn has Beck pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Beck manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Beck manages to break the clinch.
Thorn is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Beck lands with a cross.
Beck throws a series of punches but Thorn moves out of range.
Thorn shoots in for a takedown but Beck shows good takedown defense.

Thorn tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Beck connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Thorn takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Beck lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Thorn out cold! Thorn is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
