Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bjorn Eldur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Myler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eldur's entrance music is Loki - Skalmold. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Myler bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Eldur misses with a jab, cross combination.
Myler looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
A good leg kick by Myler.
Eldur throws a series of strikes that have Myler backpedaling.
Myler lands with a nice body kick.

Eldur tries to bum rush Myler with a series of wild strikes but Myler uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A nice inside leg kick there by Myler. That's going to slow Eldur down.
Myler throws a leg kick which misses Eldur's front leg but catches the back leg as Eldur tries to avoid it.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Myler fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Eldur.
Eldur stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Myler.
Eldur has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Myler.
Eldur throws a right hand that Myler ducks under and follows up with a left that Myler also avoids with ease.
Myler throws a leg kick which misses Eldur's front leg but catches the back leg as Eldur tries to avoid it.

Eldur misses with a double jab.

Myler misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Eldur clinches up against the cage.
Eldur using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Myler has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Eldur breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and Eldur counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Eldur.
Myler is looking to control Eldur's arms but Eldur gets an underhook and turns him. Now Myler has his back to the cage.
Myler tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Eldur avoids it.

Eldur has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Myler avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Eldur manages to break the clinch.
Eldur tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Myler manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Eldur takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Eldur is breathing heavily.
Myler pushes Eldur away with a front kick.
Eldur takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like Bjorn Eldur has been cut.

Myler feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Eldur's calf.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Myler, right into the meat.
A slapping leg kick lands for Myler.
Myler fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Eldur has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Eldur takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Eldur closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Eldur as Myler tries to tie him up.

Eldur escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Eldur drives through and clinches with Myler against the cage.

Eldur's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Myler tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Eldur pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Shane Myler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Eldur clinches.

Eldur breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Myler throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Eldur chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Myler can pounce on him.
Eldur scores with a crisp jab that stopped Myler in his tracks.

Eldur tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Myler lands a big head kick that sends Eldur tumbling to the mat! Myler takes a step backwards and waves Eldur back to his feet - he wants the finish!
