Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Margarito Rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brooklyn Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Francis DeMontford and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis misses with a series of wild punches.
Rivera throws a chopping leg kick but Davis manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

That was a close round but I would say that Margarito Rivera will probably get the nod.

Rivera does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Davis shoots for a double leg takedown but Rivera sprawls well. He's pushed Davis's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Davis has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Davis and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Davis has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rivera can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Margarito Rivera is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Davis chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Rivera can pounce on him.
