Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between In Jin Tanaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and rez chrome (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for In Jin Tanaka has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
chrome fails to land the takedown.
Tanaka tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Tanaka tries to clinch but chrome is having none of it.
chrome pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Tanaka tries to clinch up but chrome circles away and keeps his distance.
Tanaka misses with a low kick.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
chrome lands an elbow inside that Tanaka shrugs off.
It looks like In Jin Tanaka has been cut.
chrome is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tanaka gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

chrome shoots for a takedown but Tanaka saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
In Jin Tanaka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of rez chrome.

Tanaka sizes up chrome with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tanaka is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. chrome doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tanaka.
Tanaka tries to stand but his hand is stuck under chrome.

chrome is refusing to be controlled, as Tanaka sits in half guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
chrome closes the distance and clinches.
chrome breaks from the clinch.
Tanaka looks to clinch
and chrome counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
chrome postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Tanaka is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of chrome, into his guard.
chrome looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tanaka is one step ahead there.

Tanaka postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
chrome is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Tanaka is controlling him.

Tanaka loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
chrome is looking for a triangle but Tanaka pushes his legs off easily.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Tanaka decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on chrome, up you get!
chrome tries to keep at a distance but Tanaka has taken the fight into the clinch.
chrome should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Still in the clinch, Tanaka scores with a nice short uppercut.

chrome lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Tanaka on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
chrome wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Tanaka has him pressed against the cage.
Tanaka ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Tanaka no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
chrome drops back, looking for a kneebar! Tanaka looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Tanaka looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Tanaka!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

chrome is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
chrome creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Tanaka's defenses.

chrome lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
chrome is stalling here. Tanaka is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! chrome seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Tanaka has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

chrome tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Tanaka smiles and moves away.
chrome misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

chrome shoots in looking for a takedown. Tanaka tries to sprawl out of it but chrome keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tanaka manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A bone on bone clash there as Tanaka blocks the leg kick.
Tanaka fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt chrome.
chrome shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tanaka but Tanaka pushes him off and we're back to square one.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that's the end of the fight!
rez chrome comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think chrome has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
