Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between John Hawke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steffan Stove (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stove has chosen Fire as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Steffan Stove has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with John Hawke's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Steffan Stove!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Aafke Stam and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawke chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Stove can pounce on him.
Stove scores with a jab to the head.
We've been hearing reports that Hawke has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Hawke really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Stove stuns Hawke with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Stove connects with a jab.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hawke.
Stove lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Hawke looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Stove controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
Hawke is looking to pass Stove's guard but actually Stove recovers to full guard.

Hawke trying to control the position from guard on top but Stove is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Stove seems keen to control Hawke's posture.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hawke will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Stove scores with a jab to the head.

Stove throws a head kick that misses.
Hawke fails with the takedown
and Stove counters with a stiff right hand.
Hawke misses with a takedown
and Stove cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Hawke. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stove scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Hawke is rocked!
Hawke shoots in but Stove avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Oh Hawke is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hawke misses with a takedown attempt - Stove sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Hawke seems to have got his legs back now.
Stove scoring well with a low kick there.

Hawke throws a hook but Stove avoids it easily.
Stove lands a leg kick that knocks Hawke off balance momentarily.
A left lands for Stove.
The fighters circle momentarily. Stove darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Stove has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Hawke shoots and misses
and Stove counters with a crisp right that sends Hawke to the canvas! Stove follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Steffan Stove!
A very excited looking Steffan Stove rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
