Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Billy Bob! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Kieron Radebe! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Sam Margolis and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bob shoots for a double leg takedown but Radebe sprawls well. He's pushed Bob's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. We've been informed that Radebe has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Bob fails to land the takedown. Radebe closes the distance and clinches. Radebe stops a takedown attempt from Bob.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Bob. That's going to take a lot out of him. Radebe putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Bob in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Radebe lands a left hand that snaps the head of Bob backwards. Bob tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Radebe is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Bob is keeping busy. Come on Radebe - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Radebe pressing his opponent against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bob has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Radebe after a bit of a struggle. Radebe with a knee to the head.
It looks like Billy Bob has been cut. Radebe misses with a knee strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. Radebe has a couple of punches blocked by Bob.
Bob is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Bob pulls guard successfully.
Radebe won't allow Bob to sweep him here. Radebe must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Radebe engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Radebe is continuing to stall. Radebe wants to stand but Bob is controlling his posture from full guard. Bob is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Radebe looking to pass the guard. Bob looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Radebe has picked Bob up and slammed him! Bob can't keep hold of the triangle and Radebe manages to pass to side control! Bob tries to get back to half guard but can't. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Bob bucks up and tries to throw Radebe off but instead Radebe has got his back! Radebe avoiding Bob 's attempts to control his hands.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Radebe trying to control momentarily.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Bob is really stuck here.
Radebe is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Bob manages to get to his feet, escaping the difficult position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bob closes this distance looking for a takedown but Radebe circles away. Bob shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Radebe as he jumps to the side. Bob moves out of range of the strikes. Bob shoots in but no luck this time. Bob misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. A punch combination from Radebe misses. Bob throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Radebe's waist but Radebe gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bob off to one side. Radebe lands a jab to the nose. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bob shoots in looking for a takedown but Radebe manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bob's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Bob shoots in but Radebe avoids the takedown attempt easily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The fighters circle momentarily. Radebe darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kieron Radebe dominated that round. The cut man is working on Billy Bob's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Radebe scores with a jab. Radebe lands a head shot. Bob shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Radebe as he jumps to the side. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bob. Bob shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Radebe as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Bob. That's going to take a lot out of him. Radebe throws a series of punches but Bob avoids them all with ease. Radebe tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Bob is able to avoid easily. Radebe throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Radebe misses with a straight right. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Radebe lands with a right hand. Radebe throws a body shot but no joy. Radebe lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Radebe leaves Bob with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Bob fails with the takedown.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bob scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Radebe throws a series of punches but Bob moves out of range. Bob throwing a counter right hand but Radebe manages to avoid it. Radebe lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Kieron Radebe is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Radebe stuffs the takedown. Radebe scores with a push kick. Kieron Radebe seems to be getting the better of the standup. Bob fails to land the takedown. Radebe misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bob fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Radebe avoids it really well and circles away. Radebe takes a swing at Bob's ribcage but misses. Bob is looking for a counter combo. Nice defenses there by Bob.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bob closes the distance and clinches up with Radebe, looking for a takedown. Bob pushes Radebe against the cage but Radebe circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Radebe stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Radebe wants it to stay on the feet. Radebe might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Bob has a takedown stuffed. Bob avoids the body shot from Radebe.
Nice uppercut there from Radebe. Sloppy strikes from Radebe. Those never looked like landing. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Radebe scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Radebe scores with a jab. Radebe moves into range and clinches up with Bob. Radebe gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Bob.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Bob has Radebe pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Radebe manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Radebe throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Bobs head. Radebe holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Bob is looking for a takedown. Bob goes for a takedown in the clinch but Radebe prevents it.
Radebe lands a hook that snaps the head of Bob backwards. Radebe has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Radebe with the Thai clinch, moves his hips back and unleashes a brutal knee to the head! Bob drops to the mat in a crumpled heap! Huuuuuuge knee there! WOW!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Kieron Radebe! Kieron Radebe really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Milwaukee's Best 160 (85% laundry) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
