Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Omar Little (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Test Subject (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Little's entrance music is Snoop Dogg - Murder was the Case. A fine choice. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Omar Little! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Test Subject! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Little bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Little throws a leg kick but Subject sees it coming and checks it nicely. Subject jabs Little to the body, keeping him at a distance. Little fails with the takedown and Subject cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Little feints and then cracks Subject's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Subject down. Little throws a front kick aimed at Subject's knee but Subject avoids it well. Little looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Subject moves out of range as Little throws a body kick.
Subject appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Little throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Omar Little seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Subject throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Subject swings for the body but Little moves out of range.
Subject tries to land a leg kick but Little saw it coming and moves away.
Subject swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

That's one minute gone in the round. Little tries to land a body kick and Subject counters with a nice leg kick. An inside leg kick lands from Subject. Subject fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Little manages to avoid it. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Subject crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Little - the referee stops the clock and Subject gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Little. Subject manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Subject moves out of range as Little throws a body kick.
Subject feints a counter leg kick. A good leg kick by Little. Little manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Subject on his heels. He'll look to pass Subject's guard now, I'm sure. Subject looking to hit a scissor sweep but Little is one step ahead there. Little passes Subject's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Little is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Subject sees it coming and defends easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Little is figuring out what he wants to do next. Little thows a huge punch but Subject dodges it nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Subject wants to improve his position but Little is controlling well.
Little not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Subject tries to roll over but Little keeps him under control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Subject is not content to let Little control the position. Little is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Subject keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Subject taking shots to the head. Little cracks Subject with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Little raining down hammerfists from mount. Little landing strikes, looking to finish!
Subject is rocked! Little punishing his opponent with strikes. Subject is still in real trouble! Can Little finish him? Little throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Subject is squirming around, avoiding Little's attempts to control the action. Subject seems to have recovered his senses. Little lands with some strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Subject is working to get back to half guard.
Little landing strikes, looking to finish! Subject takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Little cracks Subject with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Little tries to control but Subject wriggling away. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Little cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Little trying to control but Subject is having none of it. Little lands a heavy elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Omar Little dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Subject misses the shot to the body. Little ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. An inside leg kick lands from Little. Decent striking displayed by Subject there. Little shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Little attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Good leg kick by Little there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Subject takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
A lazy left from Subject finds it's target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Subject slips a straight right by Little. Little misses with a straight left. Subject displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Little throws out the jab. Little slips a straight right by Subject. Little fires out a quick counter leg kick but Subject just manages to avoid it. Test Subject seems to be getting the better of the standup.
That's one minute gone in the round. Little shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Subject sprawls well. Subject wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Little gets slowly back to his feet. Little chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Little shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Subject's guard. Subject looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Subject looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Little looking to pass the guard. Subject wants to sweep but no luck.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Little working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Little in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Omar Little overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Subject preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Subject looking to hit a scissor sweep but Little is one step ahead there. Subject working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Little. Subject looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Little controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Subject really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Little. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Little trying to control the position from guard on top but Subject is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Subject keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. It seemed like Subject was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Little throws a head kick but Subject moves out of range.
A nice side step and Subject releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Little scores with a jab. Subject misses with a wild body shot. Little quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Subject takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Subject takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Little is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Subject can do to turn this around? Subject takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Subject misses with a hook to the body
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Subject's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Little looks for the body kick but Subject saw that one coming. Subject appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Little. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Omar Little. That's going to take a lot out of him. Subject connects with a leg kick. Little looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Subject blocks a leg kick. Subject swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Little throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Subject scores with a nice strike. Little closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Subject's guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Subject not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Little wants to control from the top but Subject keeps moving. Little drops back, looking for a kneebar! Subject looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Subject looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Subject!

Subject throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Little on the side of the head. Little throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Little throws a leg kick that is checked and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Little - that will leave a mark!
Little checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Subject moves out of range of the body kick from Little.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Subject! But no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Subject defending well as Little loads up on a big left hand. Little throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

They are putting on a show! Little looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Subject! Little wants to lay and pray for a moment but Subject keeps working. Subject looks to move to half guard but instead Little has passed into mount! Damn!
That's three minutes gone in the round. BOOM! Little connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Little has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Subject's face.
Little lands a nice shot to the head. Little with the ground and pound from mount. Subject tries to reverse the position but Little maintains control. Subject is still trying to improve position. Test Subject has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Little looking to control but Subject is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Little with shots to the head and body - Subject looks very uncomfortable down there. Subject keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Omar Little is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Little is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Little extends the arm and Subject is forced to tap!
