Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noongar Fella (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darryl Maxwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fella might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Monster. Maxwell has chosen Black Label Society - Southern Dissolution as his entrance music. Darryl Maxwell has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Noongar Fella!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Darryl Maxwell!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fella lands with a right hand.
Maxwell throws a right hand that Fella ducks under and follows up with a left that Fella also avoids with ease.
Fella wants to clinch.
Maxwell dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Fella steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Maxwell.
Fella tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Maxwell is able to avoid easily.
Maxwell misses with a low kick.
Fella dodges the punch combination from Maxwell.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Maxwell tries a head kick but it misses.
Maxwell gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Maxwell tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Fella looking to pass the guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fella trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Maxwell manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Fella is trying to control the position but Maxwell postures up.
Maxwell trying to control but Fella is working from the bottom.
Maxwell might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Fella haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Maxwell not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Maxwell trying to control the position from guard on top but Fella is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Maxwell misses with a few strikes there.
Fella pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Fella shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Fella was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Fella wants to lay and pray for a moment but Maxwell keeps working.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Fella wants to stand but Maxwell has his arm trapped.
Maxwell defending against the ground and pound.
Fella tries to stand but Maxwell is controlling his head.
Maxwell is trying to buck Fella off.
Fella tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Fella has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Maxwell!
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Maxwell is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Fella working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Fella trying to control but Maxwell is having none of it.
Maxwell sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Fella thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Maxwell's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Noongar Fella dominated that round.
That's time! Fella's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Fella looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Maxwell is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Fella tries to pass to full mount but Maxwell defends it.
Maxwell avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Fella.
Fella trying to control the action but Maxwell is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Maxwell makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Maxwell.
Maxwell is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Maxwell seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Fella stopping the sweep attempt from Maxwell.
Maxwell working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fella doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Fella manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Maxwell looking to hit a scissor sweep but Fella is one step ahead there.
Maxwell is trying to keep Fella in close.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Fella darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Maxwell gets back to full guard.
Maxwell avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Fella wants to control from the top but Maxwell keeps moving.
Noongar Fella overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Fella stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Maxwell swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Maxwell has his feet on Fella's thighs here. He's pushed Fella off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Fella screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Darryl Maxwell!
A very excited looking Darryl Maxwell made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
