Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Normand Compton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lionel Mancuso!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mancuso fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Compton seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Compton stuffs the takedown.
Mancuso tries to clinch but Compton moves out of range.
Mancuso tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Compton swivels and escapes.
Normand Compton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lionel Mancuso.
Mancuso throws a sloppy body shot
and Compton counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Compton tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Mancuso just stands there and leans against the cage.
Compton turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Compton manages to end up in side control.
Mancuso is working to avoid the ground and pound but Compton connects with a decent elbow.
Compton postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Compton throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Compton sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Mancuso is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
The strikes coming from Compton are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Compton stands up and beckons Mancuso to his feet.
Mancuso dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mancuso tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Mancuso lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Mancuso.
It looks like Normand Compton has been cut.
Mancuso connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Compton momentarily.
Compton is rocked!
Compton shoots in but no luck this time.
Oh Compton is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mancuso connects with a stiff jab that staggers Compton - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
