Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Martin Harder! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Stephen Griffiths! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harder shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Griffiths shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Harder is defending against the submission attempts here by Griffiths.
Harder is staying active underneath Griffiths, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Harder is looking to improve his position.
Griffiths is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Griffiths looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Harder trying to control but Griffiths postures up.

Griffiths controlling the pace. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Harder is looking to control Griffiths's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Harder avoid being mounted? Griffiths is trying to control the action in half guard but Harder is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Griffiths seems to be looking for submissions.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Harder looking for submissions off his back. Harder manages to get to full guard.
Harder is trying to control the position but Griffiths postures up. Griffiths drops back, looking for a kneebar! Harder looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Harder looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Harder!
Harder looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Griffiths manages to get back to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stephen Griffiths dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Harder blocks a head kick by Griffiths.
Griffiths has been the more effective fighter overall so far. A good leg kick by Griffiths. Griffiths looking to score a takedown here. Harder is defending well but Griffiths drives through and ends up in Harder's guard. Harder trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Griffiths not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Harder working a defensive guard but Griffiths manages to pass into side control anyway.
Griffiths tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Griffiths has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Harder is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Griffiths yanks on the arm and Harder is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Griffiths.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Stephen Griffiths! Stephen Griffiths spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
