The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Me.
It looked like Pillow wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Horrible takedown attempt by Me or perhaps it was just good defense by Pillow, which made it look bad.
Me swats away the attempt to clinch by Pillow.
Nice takedown defense from Me. No joy for Pillow on that attempt.
Me leaves Pillow with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Pillow takes the fight into the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Me holds on and takes a little breather.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Me is on top in guard.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Pillow seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Oh Pillow is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pillow is breathing heavily.
Me lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Pillow quite badly. Pillow pulls Me in close trying to recover. Me postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Pillow on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Pillow doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
