The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Pierno.
A good leg kick by Daisy.
Daisy connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Daisy throws a sloppy head kick and Pierno moves out of range easily.
An inside leg kick from Daisy misses.
Pierno moves into the clinch.
Pierno gets control of Daisy's arms and successfully pulls guard. Pierno will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Pierno seems keen to control Daisy's posture.
Pierno is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Daisy has his hands clasped together but Pierno extends and breaks Daisy's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Pierno.
