Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Patrick McDonnell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Ronman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ronman has chosen It's A Fight as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Bob Ronman was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonnell scores with a jab.
It looks like Bob Ronman has been cut.
McDonnell cracks Ronman with an open hand slap.
Ronman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McDonnell's waist but McDonnell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ronman off to one side.
McDonnell looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Ronman is looking to improve his position.
Ronman looks winded!
McDonnell is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
McDonnell has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Ronman defend it? McDonnell steps over the head and cranks it - Ronman is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for McDonnell!

Michael Patrick McDonnell spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
The defeated Bob Ronman had this to say: 'I was really looking to win this fight. I guess this isn't my day.'.
