Little comes into the arena with Snoop Dogg - Murder was the Case blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

20 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Omar Little! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Cappy Christian! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Christian doesn't manage to clinch there - Little circles away.

Little jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Little looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Christian looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Little shoots in for a takedown but Christian shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Little misses with a head kick.

A clash of legs there as Christian blocks the low kick. Christian throws out a counter right but Little avoids it with no problem. Christian gets a clinch. Little has a couple of punches blocked by Christian.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Christian lands an elbow that stopped Little in his tracks for a moment. Little takes an elbow to the temple. Little throws an elbow but it misses.
Christian unloads a knee to the mid-section. Little lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Christian is defending well against a takedown attempt. Christian lands a knee to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Christian throws an elbow that misses.

Little working aggressively here.
A short right from Christian. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Christian creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Christian lands a good knee to the midsection. Little won't want to take too many of those. A head punch on the inside from Little fails to land. Christian prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Omar Little. That's going to take a lot out of him. Christian crunches a lovely knee into Little's ribcage. Little is breathing heavily. Christian blocks an uppercut.

Christian told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight. Christian tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Little avoids it. Christian creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Little's defenses. Little blocks an elbow strike. Little has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Christian is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Christian lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Little backwards. Christian creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Little dodges an elbow strike from Christian.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Nice body punch from Little. Christian tries to land knees in the clinch but Little avoids the damage to the body. Christian with a knee to the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Christian is fighting off a takedown attempt but Little is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Christian to the mat. Christian regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Christian wants to stand but Little is controlling the position. Christian looking to hit a scissor sweep but Little is one step ahead there. Christian has momentary wrist control but Little slips an elbow through the middle. Little stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Christian swivels though and keeps the full guard. Little wants to control from the top but Christian keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Christian avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Little throws a big elbow that misses. Little prevents Christian from getting back to his feet.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Little shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Christian but Christian pushes him off and we're back to square one. Christian is looking to slow Little down with leg kicks. Little circles away from the clinch attempt.
Little blocks a head kick by Christian.
Christian fails in his attempt to clinch. Little drops down looking for a counter takedown but Christian sprawls and moves away. Christian stuffs the takedown attempt from Little. Little gets slowly back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Christian tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Little manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Christian closes the distance looking to clinch so Little counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Little postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Little trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Christian is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Little stops Christian from standing up. Little drops back, looking for a kneebar! Christian looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Christian looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Christian! Little tries to bench press Christian off him but Christian keeps the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cappy Christian dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Christian goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Christian looks for the body kick but Little saw that one coming. Little fires out a quick counter leg kick but Christian just manages to avoid it. Christian tries to close the distance and clinch up but Little swats him away and circles back towards the center. Christian pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Cappy Christian seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Little looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Little not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Little throwing shots but Christian is blocking nicely. Little works his foot free and advances to mount. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Little throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Little lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. BOOM! Little connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Christian is rocked! Little cracks Christian with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Christian is still in real trouble! Can Little finish him? Little punching from mount but Christian doing a good job of avoiding damage. Little working the ground and pound effectively.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Christian is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Little controlling the pace for now. Little working for a guillotine from mount but Christian is in no mood to give up. Christian seems to have recovered his senses. Little lands a big shot to the head and Christian winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Omar Little! Omar Little very nearly forgot to thank Fury Nutrition Inc. amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name.
