Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kaysuke Okoya! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jiji Lah Troth Tohlah! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yuuki Gou and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Okoya tries to clinch up but Lah Troth Tohlah circles away and keeps his distance. Nice takedown defense from Okoya. No joy for Lah Troth Tohlah on that attempt. Lah Troth Tohlah shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Okoya's guard. Lah Troth Tohlah prevents Okoya from getting back to his feet. Lah Troth Tohlah decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Okoya closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Okoya stands up. Okoya gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Lah Troth Tohlah counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lah Troth Tohlah is looking to clinch. Okoya tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Lah Troth Tohlah manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Okoya fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Lah Troth Tohlah has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Okoya really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Lah Troth Tohlah tries to score a power double leg takedown but Okoya sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lah Troth Tohlah somewhat. Okoya thinks about countering with a head kick. Lah Troth Tohlah looks winded!
That's one minute gone in the round. Okoya scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Okoya controls the position. Okoya wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Lah Troth Tohlah, who protects the arm well. Lah Troth Tohlah is not content to let Okoya control the position. Okoya will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sloppy strikes there by Okoya. Okoya wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Lah Troth Tohlah, who protects the arm well. Okoya trying to control the position but Lah Troth Tohlah is working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Okoya postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Okoya misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Okoya wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Lah Troth Tohlah, who protects the arm well. Okoya throws an elbow but Lah Troth Tohlah slips to the side and avoids it well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lah Troth Tohlah is looking for a sweep.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Okoya swings around for an armbar but Lah Troth Tohlah sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Okoya's guard. Lah Troth Tohlah won't allow Okoya to sweep him here. Okoya keeping moving, preventing Lah Troth Tohlah from controlling successfully.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Lah Troth Tohlah takes a body punch but keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kaysuke Okoya dominated that round. That's time! Okoya's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Okoya ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Okoya changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lah Troth Tohlah looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Okoya scores with punches from side control. Okoya thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Okoya throwing strikes but missing, from side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lah Troth Tohlah is not content to let Okoya control the position. Okoya prevents Lah Troth Tohlah from escaping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lah Troth Tohlah tries to buck Okoya off but Okoya is having none of it. Okoya landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Okoya postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Okoya wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lah Troth Tohlah keeps working. Lah Troth Tohlah stops Okoya from passing to mount. Okoya working the ground and pound but Lah Troth Tohlah is defending the strikes. Okoya misses with the ground and pound. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Lah Troth Tohlah sneaks back into half guard. Okoya is trying to control. Lah Troth Tohlah wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Okoya not landing any meaningful shots this time.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Okoya gets in close and instigates a clinch. Lah Troth Tohlah's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Okoya fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Lah Troth Tohlah rushes Okoya and presses him up against the cage. Okoya manages to break the clinch.
Okoya lands with a slapping head kick. Okoya shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lah Troth Tohlah pinned against the cage. Lah Troth Tohlah gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Lah Troth Tohlah is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Okoya is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lah Troth Tohlah can do to turn this around?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Okoya tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Lah Troth Tohlah misses with a wild body shot. Okoya fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lah Troth Tohlah. Okoya darts in looking for a takedown but Lah Troth Tohlah gets double underhooks and turns Okoya into the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kaysuke Okoya. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lah Troth Tohlah shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Okoya manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Okoya working a defensive guard but Lah Troth Tohlah passes into half guard.
Lah Troth Tohlah slips a nice elbow through Okoya's hands, connecting with Okoya's forehead. Okoya misses with some strikes from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lah Troth Tohlah is trying to control. Okoya wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Lah Troth Tohlah content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Okoya trying to hold on to Lah Troth Tohlah's head to control him but Lah Troth Tohlah postures up.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Okoya looking for submissions off his back. Lah Troth Tohlah stands up out of the half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kaysuke Okoya dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Nice sprawl there from Lah Troth Tohlah as Okoya shoots in. Okoya will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Okoya has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lah Troth Tohlah avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kaysuke Okoya. That's going to take a lot out of him. Okoya is trying to pull guard but Lah Troth Tohlah has him pressed against the cage. Okoya jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lah Troth Tohlah walks away with a smile on his face. Okoya gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Lah Troth Tohlah closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Okoya quickly recovers to half guard. Kaysuke Okoya overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Lah Troth Tohlah controlling the action here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Okoya slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Lah Troth Tohlah keeps the fight on the outside. Okoya avoids the head kick by Lah Troth Tohlah.
Okoya tries to clinch and Lah Troth Tohlah counters with a one-two to the body. Lah Troth Tohlah fails to land with a series of punches.
Lah Troth Tohlah walks forward, straight into a front kick from Okoya. Okoya has a takedown stuffed. Lah Troth Tohlah wants to clinch up but Okoya keeps it at a distance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Okoya closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lah Troth Tohlah's guard. Lah Troth Tohlah trying to control the position here. Okoya stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lah Troth Tohlah swivels though and keeps the full guard. Okoya is looking to advance position but Lah Troth Tohlah has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Okoya is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Okoya is squirming around, avoiding Lah Troth Tohlah's attempts to control the action. Lah Troth Tohlah lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

BOOM! Lah Troth Tohlah connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Lah Troth Tohlah tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Jiji Lah Troth Tohlah has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kaysuke Okoya is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Lah Troth Tohlah unloads with some shots from mount but Okoya bucks and avoids them well.
And that's the end of the fight! Jiji Lah Troth Tohlah comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Okoya has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
