The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joo with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Schwarzeneg to score with a decent uppercut.
Joo Joo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice straight punches there by Joo. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Joo.

It looks like Roger Schwarzeneg has been cut.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Schwarzeneg moves into the clinch.

Joo working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Schwarzeneg kicks Joo off and gets to his feet.
Joo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Joo misses with a hook.
Schwarzeneg throws a leg kick which misses Joo's front leg but catches the back leg as Joo tries to avoid it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Joo feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Schwarzenegs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Schwarzeneg closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Joo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Schwarzeneg on the ground.
Schwarzeneg works his foot free and advances to mount.

Schwarzeneg has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Joo's face.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Joo is trying desperately to improve position.
Joo is in a horrible position here. Schwarzeneg smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Joo tries to reverse the position but Schwarzeneg maintains control.

Schwarzeneg postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Joo looks a forlorn figure.
