Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Taylor tries to avoid it but Richer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Taylor to the ground. Taylor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Taylor is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Taylor misses with a body shot.
Taylor throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Richer fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Taylor sprawls well initially but Richer persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Richer is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Taylor has managed to free his arm - good work.

Richer has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Richer has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Taylor defend it? Richer steps over the head and cranks it - Taylor is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Richer!
