Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brett Felton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Angle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brett Felton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kurt Angle! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Alyssa Summers and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Angle with that takedown attempt. Angle shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Felton pinned against the cage. Felton gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Felton shoots for a takedown but Angle saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Felton shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Felton was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Angle working to try and regain half guard.
Angle flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Felton looking to finish Angle with some ground and pound. This is bad for Angle! Felton sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Felton with good strikes from the mount here! Angle is trying desperately to improve position. Angle bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Angle is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Felton is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Felton has escaped and now he's on top!
That's one minute gone in the round. Angle working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Felton doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Felton manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Angle has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Felton can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Felton tries to stand but Angle is controlling from the bottom. Felton knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Angle on the ground. Felton trying to control but Angle is working from the bottom. Angle keeping full guard, as Felton tries to pass. Angle looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Felton passes into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Angle tries to bench press Felton off him but Felton keeps the position. Angle gets back to half guard. Felton trying to pass the guard but Angle defending well. Angle is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Felton pulls his head out easily. Angle looks gassed! Felton perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Felton is trying to control the action in half guard but Angle is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Felton decides to stand and escape the position. Angle stuffs the takedown.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Angle gets the takedown into side control. Felton is looking for a sweep. Angle is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Felton looks calm but he's in trouble here. Angle gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Felton is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Angle lets go of the hold and Felton can pop his arm back in it's socket.
