Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Momoshiro Kitsune (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Luiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kitsune comes to the cage accompanied by 僕はミス・テイク~. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

21 - 19 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Luiz! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kitsune cracks Luiz with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Kitsune moves forwards but Luiz connects with a nice, crisp jab. Luiz dives in for a single leg takedown but Kitsune sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Kitsune misses with a combination
and Luiz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kitsune shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Luiz as he jumps to the side. Luiz closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kitsune quickly recovers to half guard. Kitsune taking some punishment here, with Luiz in his half guard. Luiz has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Kitsune wants to improve his position but Luiz is controlling well.
Luiz winds up and cracks Kitsune with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Kitsune wants to control but Luiz is keeping busy.

David Luiz dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Luiz clinches up against the cage. Kitsune is looking for a takedown. Luiz breaks the clinch.
Luiz fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kitsune, pushing him back against the cage. Kitsune has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Luiz clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Luiz is in bad spot here.
Kitsune misses with a punch to the head. Luiz is trying to get back to his feet but Kitsune has full control of the position and if anything, Luiz has just worked his way into a worse spot. Luiz is keeping busy.

Kitsune is trying to stick to Luiz's back but Luiz is turning into Kitsune. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Kitsune's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Luiz. Luiz is stalling in the full guard. Luiz won't allow Kitsune to sweep him here. Kitsune has momentary wrist control but Luiz slips an elbow through the middle. Luiz postures up.
Luiz has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Luiz trying to control but Kitsune is working from the bottom. Kitsune is looking for a triangle but Luiz pushes his legs off easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Luiz decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Kitsune, up you get! Luiz gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Luiz changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Kitsune fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Kitsune throws a sloppy head kick and Luiz moves out of range easily. Kitsune fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. A cross from Luiz lands. Kitsune has been working on his balance at SWF GYM - JUDO 'n' MMA , so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Luiz. Luiz has Kitsune up against the cage in a clinch.
Luiz pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Luiz gets in close and instigates a clinch. No joy there for Kitsune, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Kitsune dives in for a single leg takedown but Luiz sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Luiz feints and as Kitsune raises his hands in defense, Luiz changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Kitsune is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Kitsune looking for a sweep. Not yet Kitsune, not yet. Luiz works over Kitsune with some ground and pound from guard. David Luiz has got the better of the ground game so far. Luiz won't allow Kitsune to sweep him here. Luiz slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Luiz stands and throws Kitsune's legs to the side, diving into side control. Kitsune takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Kitsune is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Luiz's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Luiz keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Kitsune is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Luiz pulls his head out easily. Luiz wants to take a breather but Kitsune is having none of it. Luiz working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Luiz is looking to take a break and control but Kitsune is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kitsune manages to get to full guard.
Luiz not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Luiz has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Kitsune to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Luiz is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Kitsune pulls down on the head and he's put Luiz to sleep! This one is all over!
