The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Napier needs to keep his hands up - Billong had a free shot at his head there.
It looks like Neil Napier has been cut.
Billong throws a right and a left that Napier avoids nicely.
Billong shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Napier eats them both and turns towards Billong to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Billong has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Napier is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Napier throws a head kick but Billong moves out of range.

Napier is looking to counter with head kicks.
Billong looks for the body kick but Napier saw that one coming.
Napier wants to slow Billong down by chopping away at his legs.

Napier throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Billong's head.

Napier uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Billong looks to land a combination. Napier sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Billong feints with a jab and clips Napier right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Napier is sent crashing into the canvas and Billong leaps in for the kill! Napier tries to get to his feet but Billong is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Napier is in need of a savior and steps in!
