Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Emmitt Dixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hans Meiser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Emmitt Dixon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hans Meiser! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Radbod Blank and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Meiser throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Meiser tries a head kick but it misses.
Meiser looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Dixon is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Meiser throwing shots but Dixon is blocking nicely. Dixon regains full guard. Nicely done. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dixon has an active guard here but Meiser has managed to pass into half guard.
Meiser is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dixon is just riding it out for now. Meiser eventually gives up the hold.
That's one minute gone in the round. Meiser controlling the action here. Dixon moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Dixon keeping moving, preventing Meiser from controlling successfully. Meiser won't allow Dixon to get back to his feet. Dixon wants to sweep but no luck.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Dixon scores with a nice shot. Dixon is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Meiser is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Dixon throwing short punches from the bottom. Meiser pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dixon is keeping the position for now. Meiser trying to control the position from guard on top but Dixon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Meiser closes the distance and pushes Dixon back into the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dixon stalling in the clinch but Meiser improves position. Dixon keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Meiser's efforts to push away. Meiser drags the fight down to the ground.
Dixon really is a fat lump. Meiser has a closed guard, preventing Dixon from standing up. Dixon seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Dixon thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Meiser is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Meiser is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dixon engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Dixon trying to stand up but can't free himself from Meiser's guard. Dixon trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Meiser looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Meiser trying to control the position from guard on top but Dixon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dixon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dixon escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Meiser gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Meiser dives in and scores a takedown into Dixon's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dixon is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Meiser defends well. Hans Meiser has got the better of the ground game so far. Dixon looking to hit a scissor sweep but Meiser is one step ahead there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dixon is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Dixon working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Meiser doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Meiser manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's one minute gone in the round. Meiser throwing strikes from guard but Dixon blocks nicely. Meiser trying to control but Dixon is working from the bottom. Dixon looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Meiser passes into side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Meiser throws an elbow but Dixon slips to the side and avoids it well. Dixon manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Meiser has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Dixon works to full guard. Dixon keeping moving, preventing Meiser from controlling successfully. Meiser throws a big right hand that misses. Meiser would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Dixon throws his legs up looking for a submission but Meiser uses it to pass to side control.
Dixon regains half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Meiser seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Dixon does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Dixon actively working from the bottom here. Dixon is refusing to be controlled, as Meiser sits in half guard. Meiser is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Meiser has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Dixon shoots for a takedown but Meiser saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Meiser throws a head kick but Dixon moves out of range.
Meiser drives through with a takedown into Dixon's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dixon has his foot on Meiser's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Meiser works his way back into a safe position though. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dixon has an active guard here but Meiser has managed to pass into half guard.
Meiser is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dixon defends it well. Dixon wants to improve his position but Meiser is controlling well.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Meiser seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Dixon does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Hans Meiser showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Emmitt Dixon is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Meiser drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Meiser must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Dixon is looking for a triangle here but Meiser uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Dixon is looking to regain half guard here but Meiser keeps moving and retains side control. Dixon stops Meiser from passing to mount. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dixon tries to bench press Meiser off him but Meiser keeps the position. Meiser takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Dixon pushes a forearm under Meiser's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Meiser is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
