Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Wid Ing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikolai Medvedev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wid Ing has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Wid Ing!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Nikolai Medvedev!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, David Hoff and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ing moves away from the strike by Medvedev.
Medvedev has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Medvedev drops his hands momentarily and Ing takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Medvedev throws a leg kick
letting Ing counter with a right hand.
Crunch! Ing slams his shin into Medvedev's torso.
Medvedev pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Medvedev misses with a body kick.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Medvedev.
Medvedev misses with a head kick.
A head kick misses from Medvedev.
Ing thuds his right hand into Medvedev's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Ing avoids the head kick by Medvedev.
Ing blocks a jab.
Medvedev smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Medvedev throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ing throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Medvedev wants to slow Ing down by chopping away at his legs.
Ing blocks a low kick nicely.
Ing dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ing scores with a hook to the body. Medvedev takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Ing tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Medvedev was well out of range. Poor timing from Ing.
Medvedev throws a lazy head kick
and Ing makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Medvedev looks winded!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ing cracks a nice hook into Medvedev's ribs.
Medvedev takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Ing lands a big head kick that sends Medvedev tumbling to the mat! Ing takes a step backwards and waves Medvedev back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Medvedev is rocked!
Ing is looking to wear down Medvedev with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Ing finds Medvedev's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Medvedev flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Ing lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Medvedev will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Wid Ing!
