The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramires has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Koski.

Koski dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ramires. That did some damage!
Good leg kick by Koski there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Koski closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Ramires's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Ramires is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Koski creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Ramires's defenses.

That has opened up Jose Ramires's cut even more.
Koski gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Koski lands a damaging elbow.

The cut above Jose Ramires's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jose Ramires's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
