Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Summa Cum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Datsik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cum connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Datsik paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Datsik throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
A nice leg kick lands there from Datsik.
Cum swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Cum throws a series of punches but Datsik avoids them all with ease.
Cum getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Datsik tests Cum's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Datsik goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Cum lands with an uppercut that bounces Datsik off the cage and back into range.
Datsik looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Cum moves forwards but Datsik connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Cum takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
That kick from Datsik tenderised Cum's leg. Cum is trying to keep his angry face on.

Datsik showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Cum.
Cum cracks a nice hook into Datsik's ribs.
Cum throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Datsik ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Cum throws the left hand but Datsik avoids the punch easily.

Datsik throws a leg kick which misses Cum's front leg but catches the back leg as Cum tries to avoid it.

Datsik throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A little feinted left hand from Cum on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Datsik walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Cum will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Datsik tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Summa Cum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Datsik swings for the body but Cum moves out of range.
Datsik uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Cum.
Cum stalks Datsik and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Datsik's face. Datsik staggers backwards, shaken.
