Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Berry Bray! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Rob Rex! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bray takes the fight into the clinch. Bray misses with a hook to the ribs.
Rex manages to break the clinch.
Bray moves in looking to clinch but Rex pushes him off. Bray misses with a takedown attempt - Rex sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Bray closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Rex's guard. Bray throwing strikes but missing. Bray in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Rex pushes Bray off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Bray with a poor takedown and Rex counters by clinching up. Bray is trying to pull guard but Rex turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Berry Bray. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bray breaks from the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bray tries to clinch there but Rex circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bray tries to clinch but Rex is having none of it. Rob Rex is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Rex falls off balance throwing a combination
and Bray counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Bray looking to slow down the pace here. Bray escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Rex's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bray is looking to clinch but Rex is avoiding it.
Bray tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Bray tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Bray has a takedown stuffed.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bray takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Bray really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Rex connects with a body shot that sends Bray's belly button to the back. Rex looks to land a combination but Bray avoids it well. Bray is looking for a counter combo. Bray tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Bray feints and as Rex raises his hands in defense, Bray changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rex pushes Bray off and gets back to his feet.
Rex throws a head kick that misses. Rex fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Rex stuffs the takedown attempt from Bray. Bray gets slowly back to his feet. As Bray backs off Rex throws a huge counter combo but Bray manages to avoid it all. Bray is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rex moves into the clinch. Bray fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Rex blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Rex's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Rex leaves Bray with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Rex scores with a three punch combo!
Rex throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Rex breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Horrible takedown attempt by Bray or perhaps it was just good defense by Rex, which made it look bad. Bray gets tackled into the cage by Rex. Rex maintains the clinch. Rex manages to break the clinch.
Bray shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Rex sprawls well. Rex wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bray gets slowly back to his feet. Rex clinches. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Rex breaks from the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rob Rex dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rex pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Bray tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rex paws at him with a jab and circles away. Rex stuffs the takedown. Bray fails to land the takedown. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bray is looking to clinch. Rex has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Bray fails with a takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Rex gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Bray tries to stall but Rex uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

It looks like Berry Bray has been cut. Bray tries to close the distance and clinch but Rex swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Oh Bray is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Rex misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Bray appears to be looking for a big counter. Bray wants to stay close but Rex steps back to make room for something. Bray seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Rex and Bray drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
